O, Boy, Steve: You rode the NCRR trail! It's a beautiful ride. Jim and I rode it a few years ago. Now you know why the early settlers were willing to fight the British to keep this land. Lots of history through here. I'm just loving being with you, virtually, the entire way. Love, MOM
Not Jim Vance. Somehow he hacked into my laptop, I guess. Love the pictures and comments. But too bad about your chain problems. Hope you get this repaired for good. Love, MOM
Hey Steve. Enjoying the blog. Glad to see you smiling in the pictures and look forward to hearing about your continued adventures.

Rob: Work must be on auto pilot if ur finding time to kill reading blogs. Somehow I made a wrong turn and headed south instead of west. I'll straighten that out tomorrow. I'll be heading toward Charlottesville, VA
Hi Steve.
I blamed my weight gain this week at WeightWatchers to my being green with envy towards you! I don't know what I'll use next week, but you came in handy for today.
Seriously - I'm over the envy and back to being inspired by you and proud of you. I have some buddies now at WW to go bike riding with tomorrow so I am glad I didn't skip the meeting. I was thinking about maybe riding with you for about 10 miles or so when you take off from Sacto. Not sure about the date you will arrive (nor my bike riding skills) as of now, but I thought it might get me going and ride some every day until your arrival. Would you be okay with that or do you want to be alone - (like Marlene Deitrich)? Just a suggestion.
Love ya - JA
Hey Joyce. I'd be glad to ride w/ u for 10 miles in Sacramento, especially if it gets you out riding everyday in anticipation! See in in a month or so. :)
