I'm biking 4,200 miles from Union Square NYC to Union Square, San Francisco. Why? For a charity, a challenge, and an adventure; for the stories, and for myself.
LOL. I start heading west tomorrow. I just couldn't resist a visit to the capital of our great nation. That, and I'm trying to hook up w/ the "TransAm" trail, which begins in VA.
I hope you're 'stretching out' after biking...you should stop and get some body work along the way. Try not to come back with a 'dowager's hump' and permanently flexed knees and hips!
Denise: I'm stretching on the bike. My back problem, which started bothering me after my mountain bike fall, is feeling much better. Not sure what a 'dowager's hump' is...but I'm sure I don't want one.
I'm with you all the way, Steve. Love, MOM
ReplyDeletearen't you headed in the wrong direction! :-)
